AIRPORTS
- Situated in Berlin, the Edward F. Knapp Airport is
equipped for precision instrument
approach with a 5,000 ft. long runway and a 4,000 ft. secondary runway,
suitable for all corporate aircrafts. 100LL Jet A fuel is also
available at the airport.
For your companys shipping needs, UPS makes a daily flight
from the airport for overnight delivery service.
Commercial flights are offered by Burlington International Airport
in South Burlington, which is an approximate 40-minute drive from
our region. Burlington International is serviced by: The Delta,
jetBlue, Northwest, US Airways, Continental Airlines, Independent
Air and United Airlines.

TRUCKING
SERVICES
- Central Vermont is well-equipped for your
freight transportation needs. There are over
ten trucking companies located in the immediate area offering
a wide variety of services. Local and long haul services, including
Canada, are available through most trucking companies. Trucks
equipped with flatbeds, refrigeration, step decks, and low beds
can transport any type of freight you need to ship. Contact us

RAILROAD
SERVICES
- Freight is transported by rail via New England Central Railroad, which also interchanges
with Canadian National Railroad, to the Monpelier Junction.
From here, Washington County Railroad transports freight to locations
throughout the region including Montpelier, Berlin, Barre City
and Barre Town.
Amtracks "Vermonter services
the region with daily trains making full-service, scheduled
stops in Montpelier and Waterbury for passengers. They
also offer light freight delivery to specific locations.
BUS SERVICES
- Vermont Transit Lines,
a subsidiary of Greyhound Lines, operates scheduled passenger
and small package freight services to and from Montreal, New
York, Boston, Hartford (Connecticut), and other points around
and between these cities.
