Birch Meadow is located in the heart of the Green Mountains on 232 beautiful acres. Our three log cabins are nestled in the woods, each with its own decor. We also offer a B&B "Bridal Suite" with a private entrance that allows the guests to come and go as they please. The large living room has a futon, loveseat and color TV and a fire screened wood burning stove for ambiance. Private bath with shower, refrigerator and coffee pot. A hearty breakfast will be served to you in your room each day. Cabins have a bedroom, romantic loft and cathedral ceilings with paddle fans and wood burning stove with screens. Each has a futon and satellite, color television. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator and stove, including pot & pans, etc. All linens are provided. A trip down to our pond may give you a glimpse of a moose drinking, or a deer and her fawn. If you are a fishing enthusiast, bring your rod, the pond is stocked with trout. Cross country skiing and snow shoeing are available right outside your door. There are many nearby attractions, including Brookfield's unique floating bridge, Chandler Theatre, Granite Quarries and a Maple Sugar Farm. Cabins sleep up to six people, have a private bath and color satellite television. Queen-sized bed downstairs, double bed in the loft. Futon in the living room sleeps two. Price for two people is $99-$120 plus tax per night. Additional adults are $15, additional children, $5.   Each cabin has its own decor. Indian Cabin An Indian Chief looks down from the loft. A downstairs bedroom, upstairs loft and a sleeper couch in living room. A fully equipped kitchen and a wood burning stove. All linens provided.   Eagles Nest A proud Eagle greets you at the door. Cabin has a downstairs bedroom, romantic loft and a sleeper couch in the living room. A wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. All linens are provided   Bears Den This cabin is complete with snuggly bears swinging from their perch. Downstairs bedroom, romantic loft and a living room with a sleeper couch. A wood burning stove adds to the atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen and all linens supplied.   Bridal Suite Price for two people per night is $110 plus tax. Private bath (bathtub and shower) Maximum number of guests allowed is 2 One queen sized bed Color TV A private entrance allows you to be totally secluded. Private bath, living room with couch & loveseat, and a wood burning stove for ambiance. A color TV, fridge and coffee pot are also provided. A hearty breakfast is served each morning. Take I-89, Exit 4, turn right onto Route 66 after 1.25 miles turn left onto Ridge Road for 6.5 miles. At the stop sign with the white church, turn right. At exactly one-half mile, turn left onto East Street. Birch Meadow is 2.5 miles on the right. Directions from the north. Take I-89 to Exit 5. Turn left off the exit (toward Williamstown). After just one-half mile, turn right onto Stone Road. Drive 3 miles and take a left onto Schoolhouse Road. Birch Meadow is 1.25 miles on the left. Policies Full breakfast included in room rate for B&B. Continental breakfast on first morning only for Cabins. Smoking allowed (designated areas) Guest pets are permitted in cabins only upon prior arrangement 50% of stay is required for deposit Minimum stay required. 2 nights holidays/weekends Check In time is 2pm and Check Out time is 11am Accepted Payment: Mastercard, Personal checks, Travelers checks, VISA.
