Cabot Creamery

At Cabot Creamery they're still making their cheddars the way they have for years. Naturally, slowly, from their cow's pure milk, with no enzymes to try to speed up what just can't be rushed. It's a matter of flavor. It's a matter of integrity. It's a matter of knowing what you've come to expect.

Cabot's guided factory tour includes an informative video about the history of Cabot Creamery and the agricultural history of Vermont. It includes a walk down the hall to view the cheese-making process.

Following the tour, visitors are invited to sample the World's Best Cheddar and enjoy the wide range of Vermont products at the Visitor's Center.

Guided tours just $2. Children under 12 free.
