Marshfield Village Store
Open 7 Days
Welcome to the Marshfield Village Store, located at 1425 U.S.
Route #2 in Marshfield, Vermont. A quintessential Vermont "Country
Store" since 1852, we are one of the oldest in the country and
known as the filming site for the 1983 movie "I am the Cheese"
with Hope Lange and Robert Wagner.
Our staff takes pride in delivering personalized service to
our customers. Our "cut to order" sirloin steaks are second
to none. We still grind fresh burger and make our grinders one at a
time with your choice of meats, cheeses and fresh vegetables. We stock
all types of groceries and hardware items for daily use or a weekend
get-a-way. Our clientele includes our local residents and seasonal visitors
who frequent the many local campgrounds and state parks. We treat you
like family!
If you can't stop in personally, we can ship our famous Vermont
products right to your doorstep. With our vast array of locally made
merchandise, we are sure you'll find exactly what you are looking for.
We carry Cabot cheeses, Vermont maple syrup, honey, beef jerky, and
Green Mountain Coffee, plus a variety of specialty and seasonal Vermont
goodies.
Gift baskets can be made to order and shipped across the United States.
Order for the holiday, client appreciation gifts, or a simple "Thank
You!" We'll prepare something special.
