Located just 1.3 miles from the State House in Montpelier, and exclusively yours, we've been told this cabin alone, is worth the trip! Whether it's for a romantic hide-a-way, family doings, passing through or simple solitude, the aim is for perfection with character.

The grounds feature a solar powered waterfall, sculptures, horseshoe pits, hammock and gardens.

Entry is into a small breakfast room supplied with microwave, toaster oven/grill, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, beverages and S'more makings for times when a fire can be enjoyed either in the fieldstone fireplace or outside in the copper fire bowl.

The den is complete with books, games, cable TV, Bose radio/CD player, and a queen size sofa bed pull out in front of the large fieldstone fireplace.

Two-stories high, the unique first floor bathroom has a private water closet and a five-foot air jet soaking tub with a french shower. Bubble bath and accessories create a spa-like atmosphere.

Featured over the soaking tub is a large original oil painting by the artist, Paul Aho.

Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a queen size pillow-topped mattress, high ceiling, view of the woods, walk-in closet, and a gas fireplace for warmth and ambience.

The connecting "Porch Room" has a twin bed. (Fishing gear, snow shoes and sleds can be found here for guests to enjoy.)
