The Family Center of Washington County Vermont hosted a wonderful Business After Hours reception on Thursday, February 20! Attendees heard from Family Center employees on the work they do to assist families in need. We also heard from one of their participants of the Dads and Kids Playgroup who stated that he and his young daughter love attending the playgroup to connect with each other as well as other dads and kids. These Playgroups are hosted on Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm and includes dinner, which makes it helpful for them to attend. Attendees donated much needed diapers and wipes (as well as a few other items) to help the Family Center assist those in need. Thank you to the Family Center of Washington County for hosting us, and thanks to all who attended!
